Territory Sales Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate Territory Sales Manager to help build a world leading brand in autonomous technology in farming. Be part of the vision to bring sustainable innovation to growers worldwide As a Territory Sales Manager, you will work with the Director of Partnership to create a robust pipeline through pursuing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective partners.  

What You'll Do

  • Calling on prospective growers to schedule meetings and product demonstrations  
  • Learn and have an in-depth knowledge of the systems, value offering, and service platform 
  • Use creative tactics to reach difficult growers while maintaining respect and professionalism  
  • Support Director of Partnership in moving deals through the sales process  
  • Work with Director of Partnership on pipeline strategy and execute based on the plan  
  • Ability to collect relevant information from sales calls and use strategically to help position prospect for close.  
  • Attend all applicable Trade Event Shows and be the point person as these events  

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience cold calling in the agriculture industry  
  • Professional communication skills  
  • Experience cold calling in the agriculture industry  
  • Must have Inside and/or field sales experience  
  • Must be authorized to work in the US  
  • Must have a valid driver’s license  
  • Must have reliable transportation  
  • Must be flexible with schedule 

Pay: OTE $200K/YR
