What You'll Do
- Be onsite at customers fabs to support customer tools in production
- Build training and continuous relationships with customers
- Application support/post-sale for Automated optical inspection (AOI) systems installed at customer’s site
- Support the United States territories technical teams
- Support new and existing systems according to your territory/location
- Work in a cleanroom setting at some of the leading tech companies in the world
- Communicating customer requirements to the R&D team, from spec definition to final release to customer
- Defining product properties – Ease of use, GUI, improvements
What We Are Looking For
- BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Computer Engineering
- 3-years of experience (or more) as support engineer/service engineer/application engineer/ Process Engineer/Device Engineer in the semiconductor industry on multidisciplinary machines
- Travel can be up to 50%
- Willing to travel abroad when it becomes relevant
- Working with various company interfaces – R&D, Manufacturing, Physics
