What You'll Do

  • Build & maintain relationships with growers and prospects
  • Engage with growers on new technology and adoption processes
  • Communicate technology and operation workplan to customers
  • Review account performance, work with different international teams to provide the best service possible.
  • Lead the expansion of Robotics services within existing customers

What We Are Looking For

  • Account management experience with complex business solutions
  • Demonstrated achievements working in the Agriculture industry
  • Proven experience building relationships with growers in California
  • Desire to positively impact your community by helping farmers optimize production
  • Agriculture-related degree from an accredited university – preferred but not required
  • Certified Crop Adviser or Pest Control Adviser license – preferred but not required
  • Sales / support experience – preferred but not required
  • Mobility between growers’ locations

Base salary range for this role is $80K/YR to $120K/YR (depending on experience) + Other Benefits.
