Account Executive 

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive with previous Staff Augmentation Sales experience specifically with software developers (nearshore preferred or offshore is ok) to join our team; responsible for managing new business opportunities and converting those opportunities into Clients. 

What You'll Do

  • Hunter mindset focused on acquiring some new logos 
  • Rely heavily on your personal network (bonus points for strong network in the Dallas market) and respond quickly and efficiently to any inbound leads. 
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. 
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking and social media. 
  • Effectively present our company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings. 
  • Identify client needs then prepare and deliver presentations on appropriate services. 
  • Collaborate with the various internal teams involved with the sales process. 
  • In-depth contract negotiation. 
  • Quickly develop an autonomous working capability. 
  • Report weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results to management.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience with software development outsourcing is required 
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven business-to-business sales experience targeting US clientele. 
  • Exceptional in-person presentation, negotiation, and rapport-building skills. 
  • Ability to handle a high volume, fast-paced sales environment. 
  • Proven results of closing deals and developing long-term relationships with clients. 
  • Experience hunting new clients, cold-calling, and closing deals. 
  • Excellent English communication skills. 
  • Must reside in the US (Candidates in Dallas are most preferred, then candidates in Texas, outside of Texas will be considered after Dallas, and other Texas based candidates
